Colm is a publisher monetisation consultant with 9 years online advertising experience at Google Inc. & start-up level. He loves technology and new innovation. Colm founded the Publift in late 2013.


COO and co-founder

Tobin thrives on organisation and systems management. He spent 6 years working on both the advertiser & publisher sides of the business at Google. He then moved to a top 1000 publisher to get hands-on experience with ad serving, yield optimisation & content management.


Product Lead

Ben’s passionate about making life easier for both publishers and the Publift team by building simple, easy to use products. Ben worked at EMI and Universal Music in London before he joined Colm and Tobin at Publift in May 2015. He now heads the Product Team.


Account Management Lead

Brock is a recent graduate of the University of New South Wales. He comes from a science background of data and analytics and works to improve the account management team’s procedures and client interactions through analytical processes.


Web Developer

Adam is part of the Product Development team, working mainly in web application architecture and back-end development. He graduated from the University of Technology Sydney, his studies primarily focused in the realm of software and web development.


Agency Sales Manager

Alanah works to promote the inventory of our publishers across the buyer landscape. Coming from a psychology background, she holds an active interest in people and how relationships shape a business. A key focus of her position at Publift is relationship management where she enjoys getting to know our publishers, agency contacts and advertisers across the industry.


Account Manager

Simon’s best assets are in his analytical and revenue management abilities.
The bulk of his experience comes from the global online gambling giants PaddyPower and more recently, he’s worked in the aviation industry, for the worlds largest international airline, Ryanair. While there, he worked as a yield analyst, directly responsible for managing the revenue for 12% of the company’s routes.


Sales Intern

Junee has a proven track record in sales and business development across different industries, including IT, business process outsourcing and real estate. At Publift, he focuses on building beneficial relationships with clients and partners. Junee is currently completing his MBA degree, specialising in project management.
